洪浩,博士,教授,博士生導師,教育部創新團隊成員,江蘇省首席科技傳播專家,中國藥理學會神經精神藥理專業委員會委員,中國藥理學會抗衰老與老年癡呆專業委員會委員,江蘇省藥理學會常務理事及教學專業委員會秘書長,“神經藥理學報”編委,“Metabolic Brain Disease”(USA)編委。洪浩教授于1989年6月畢業于中國藥科大學,2001年6月獲安徽中醫學院醫學碩士學位,2004年6月獲中國藥科大學理學博士學位,2006年10月從KinkiUniversity(Japan)留學回國。近年來,承擔藥理學、當代藥理學及表觀遺傳學等課程的教學工作;主持和參加國家自然科學基金面上項目、“十一五”和“十二五”國家“新藥創制”科技重大專項等多項國家及省部級科研項目;在國際知名雜志如Neurobiology of Aging,Int J Neuropsychopharmacol,Neuropharmacology,British J Pharmacol,J Neurochem等發表研究論文30余篇;申請國內發明專利3項;參編著作1部。
研究方向:神經藥理。采用分子遺傳學、細胞分子生物學及動物行為學等實驗方法探尋介導阿爾茨海默病(AD)及相關疾病(如抑郁癥和糖尿病)發生發展的關鍵分子,確證其作為藥物調控的分子靶標,并以此為基礎發掘活性物質、開發防治藥物。當前正在研究的課題有國家自然科學基金面上項目2項、“十二五”國家重大新藥創制項目1項以及江蘇省自然科學基金項目1項。
