1993-1996 助教，哈爾濱工業大學航天學院復合材料研究所
1996-1997 講師，哈爾濱工業大學航天學院復合材料研究所
1997-1998 副教授，哈爾濱工業大學航天學院復合材料研究所
1998-2000 研究員，新加坡南洋理工大學
2000-2002 研究員，英國國防科學研究院，Cranfield大學
2002-2004 研究員，英國ASTON大學
2004-至今教授，博士生導師，哈爾濱工業大學航天學院復合材料與結構研究所

教育經歷

1.1986-1990: 哈爾濱工業大學工程力學專業本科畢業。
2.1990-1996: 哈爾濱工業大學復合材料專業博士畢業。

學術兼職

當選國際復合材料委員會執委，國際光學工程學會會士，中國復合材料學會常務理事、學術交流工作委員會主任。

擔任International Journal of Smart & Nano Materials主編，Smart Materials & Structures和Journal of Intelligent Material Systems and Structures等國際雜志副主編。
