西南交通大學(xué) 信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院 教授
2004年，在德國Darmstadt技術(shù)大學(xué)（又名：Darmstadt工大），獲得計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
1997-2004，分別在德國Marburg Philipps大學(xué)和Darmstadt工業(yè)大學(xué)（TU9聯(lián)盟)，進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究工作。
2005年至今，在西南交通大學(xué)，信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院任教。四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選。2014年入選西南交通大學(xué)“教學(xué)名師”。獲得2017年西南交通大學(xué) “唐立新優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng)”。
專長學(xué)科（招收學(xué)術(shù)型和專業(yè)型研究生）：軟件工程、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)等專業(yè)。

Biographical Sketch

Yan Zhu is a professor at the School of Information Science and Technology(SIST) of Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU). She received her Computer Science PhD degree from Darmstadt University of Technology, Germany in 2004 and her BSc and MSc degree from the Southwest Jiaotong University, PRC, both in Computer Science.
She was a research staff member at Department of Computer Science of Darmstadt University of Technology (Germany) from 1998 to 2004. Before that time she had worked as a research assistant at Department of Computer Science and Mathematics of Philipps University of Marburg (Germany) for one year. She has joined the faculty of SWJTU since 2005 and is leading the Big data and Data mining Group.
Her research interests span many aspects of data mining, big data analysis and management，and Web security. She has published more than 30 SCI/EI indexed papers and her papers have been received more than 110 citations and about 40 SCI citations. Dr. Zhu received The Tang Lixin Award for Outstanding Teacher in 2017, and is awarded The Distinguished Teacher of Southwest Jiaotong University since 2014. She is an ACM and CCF member and serves as a TPC member of several international conferences and workshops including DEXA，CMS，CSAE and so on. She has reviewed for several international journals, e.g. TLDKS and J.UCS. She has published a number of works, including two books published by Shaker Verlag (Germany, 2004) and SWJTU Press (China, 2011).

Web spam feature modeling and spam detection
Signal and communication monitoring and maintenance technology for high speed railway
