個人簡況：1973年2月生于新疆伊寧。研究員、對地觀測與系統模擬研究室副主任，政協烏魯木齊市第十三屆委員會常務委員。

研究方向：

干旱區荒漠植被參量遙感定量反演;干旱區生態環境變化及驅動分析。

學歷教育：

中國科學院新疆生態與地理研究所地圖學與地理信息系統博士(2002-2008，碩博連讀 )、新疆大學自然地理學學士(1989-1993)。

工作經歷：

2008.07-至今：中國科學院新疆生態與地理研究所;2013.03-2014.03：美國馬里蘭大學地理系訪問學者;2009.09-2009.12：美國圣路易斯大學訪問學者;1993-2002：新疆水利水電勘測設計研究院。

(1)中國科學院A類戰略性先導科技專項專題：中西亞干旱區生態承載力評估 執行期間：2018-2022 經費612萬。
