楊　軍，教　授

對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學國際經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易學院貿(mào)易系教授，對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學（UIBE）與澳大利亞政策研究中心（CoPS）聯(lián)合—經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易政策研究中心（CETPA）中方主任。先后在國際食品研究所、斯坦福大學、美國普渡大學、荷蘭自由大學、荷蘭農(nóng)業(yè)研究局、丹麥哥本哈根大學、澳大利亞維多利亞大學（UV）政策研究中心（COPS）等學術機構學習和訪問。主要研究領域涉及國際貿(mào)易、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟學、一般均衡模型理論與應用。目前，致力于開發(fā)和應用全球-國家-區(qū)域三個層面的一般均衡模型系統(tǒng)。截止目前，在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表學術論文121篇，其中英文論文47篇，被SCI/SSCI收錄論文22篇。向農(nóng)業(yè)部和國辦提交政策咨詢報告40余份，其中10份得到國家領導人批示。主持國家自然基金、973項目專題、中國科學院重大專項等50多項國內(nèi)外科研項目。在2010年被模型優(yōu)化軟件GEMPACK團隊評選為“全球杰出使用者”；在2011年和2016年分別被農(nóng)業(yè)部聘請為第一屆和第二屆農(nóng)業(yè)部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品預警專家委員會成員；在2011年被世界糧農(nóng)組織（FAO）聘請為“中國農(nóng)業(yè)政策和決策模型”國家顧問。
