戴朋林，講師，碩士生導師。2012年獲得重慶大學數學與應用數學專業理學學士學位，2017年獲重慶大學計算機科學與技術專業工學博士學位。2017年7月加入西南交通大學信息科學與技術學院。目前主持國家自然科學基金青年基金項目一項，中央高校基本科研業務費科技創新項目一項，主研參與國家自然科學基金項目多項。近年來在IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Trans. on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology等國際期刊及IEEE Globecom等國際會議上發表論文15篇。擔任IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology, Neural Computing and Applications, IEEE Trans. on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Internet of Things Journal等多個國際知名期刊審稿人。歡迎各位同學們報考（報考前請先郵件聯系）！
