何蕓博士是IEEE Fellow, 她擔任IEEE電路與系統協會之圖象信號處理和通信技術委員會委員(VSPC TC,2003-)，并擔任這個技術委員會的秘書（2006-2008），及該技術委員會的主席（2008-2010）。她是IEEE電路與系統協會中電路與系統教育技術委員會(CASEO TC,2011-)成員，IEEE信號處理協會多媒體信號處理技術委員會成員(MMSP TC,2005-2008), IEEE信號處理協會圖象和多維信號處理技術委員會成員(IVMSP TC,2012-2014), IEEE信號處理協會信號處理教育技術委員會成員(SPESC TC, 2012-)。她是PCS圖象編碼國際會議執委會成員（2001-）并任第25屆PCS會議的大會共同主席（PCS2006）。她應邀為多個國際會議的組委會分項主席，如ICIP(2017),ICME(2007,2008), MMSP(2008), ISCAS(2007-2010), PCM(2001), VCIP(2005),和EUSIPCO(2012)。她是IEEE Transaction on CSVT期刊2007年Multiview Video Coding專刊， 2007年Journal of VLSI Signal Processing Systems期刊Hardware Implementation of Video Codec專刊，和IEEE Selected Topics in Signal Processing期刊2013年Video Coding: HEVC and beyond專刊的首席客座編輯。她是Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation，Elsevier期刊編輯，和Journal of VLSI Signal Processing Systems, Springer期刊編輯。
