現為長江水產研究所水生態毒理學科負責人。博士畢業于捷克南波希米亞大學,長期從事水生態毒理學研究。2010年赴美國加州大學河濱分校Prof. DanelSchlenk實驗室訪問交流,主要是對水體中污染物對小型魚類的神經行為學影響進行研究。2011年-2012年期間,在新加坡國立大學從事博后研究,主要研究方向是利用斑馬魚做為模式生物進行毒理基因組學影響。
到2014年為止,以第一作者發表34 篇(總共發表47篇),最高影響因子8.633,文章總被引超過521次(他引382次),最高單篇被引用為44次,H-index=14。目前擔任SCI刊物Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology(IF=1.316)的編委和BioMed Research International(IF=2.880)專刊的客座編輯,并擔任PLoS ONE, AquaticToxicology等22種該領域SCI期刊的獨立審稿人。現為科技部國際合作專項評審專家庫成員,中國環境科學學會理事會員,中國毒理學會環境與生態毒理專業委員會會員和中國化學學會會員。
國外留學期間獲得獎勵包括:南波西米亞大學漁業與水保護學院35歲以下青年優秀科研成果一等獎(2009);國家優秀自費留學生獎學金(2010);南波西米亞大學優秀科技成果校長獎(2011)。
研究興趣:
目前主要是利用各種生物標志物對水環境中的污染物進行生態健康評價,工作主要從兩方便展開,一是將水環境中典型污染物的生態毒性效應及分子機制研究,主要以淡水魚類作為活體模型,將微觀與宏觀相結合,從分子/生化/生理/個體層次上進行,并建立之間的聯系,探索污染物對水生生物的生殖毒性、神經毒性、發育毒性、健康危害,以及多種污染物在環境條件下的復合作用,通過轉錄組、蛋白質組學分析來表征污染物的制毒作用機制,從而為污染物的危險評價以及為我國可持續發展戰略、生態安全及環境保護決策提供理論依據;二是針對新興污染物(如藥物殘留活性物質、人工納米污染物等)的分子標記物的篩選及其環境健康風險評估,主要以小型淡水魚類(如斑馬魚、青鳉等)為動物模型,從轉錄組學和蛋白質組學角度研究動物有關基因在不同環境脅迫下的表達與調控、以及蛋白質譜的變化,在分子水平尋找人類及動物典型污染物暴露的更敏感、有效的生物標記物,發展環境污染的早期預警系統,并通過比較生物學,找出該污染物在其他哺乳動物和人類的保守基因或信號通路,以便對污染物的環境健康風險評估提供科學依據。
