個人簡介李國慶，男，教授，博士生導師。研究方向為植物病原真菌生物學和生物防治。
1989年07月至今，就職于華中農業大學，任講師、副教授和教授，期間，在加拿大從事博士后研究3年

從事的研究方向包括：
1.植物病害生物防治
以油菜菌核病為對象，研究盾殼霉防治這一病害的生態學、固體發酵及菌劑制備、與核盤菌互作的分子機理；以灰霉菌為對象，研究酵母菌的防病潛力和作用機理；以水稻紋枯病為對象，研究鏈霉菌F-1的分子防病機制及克隆相關基因。
2.植物病原真菌生物學
研究長江中游地區葡萄孢屬真菌區系及分子系統學，研究灰葡萄孢菌的群體結構及其致病力衰退的分子機理
