郭文武簡介:男,1970年9月生,湖北鄖縣人;博士、教授、博士生導師。1993年7月本科畢業于華中農業大學園藝系;1993-1998年,華中農業大學攻讀碩士、博士學位;1998年6月畢業,獲博士學位并留校任教。1999、2003年,分別晉升為副教授、教授。2001-2003年,美國佛羅里達大學柑橘研究與教育中心博士后;2007年,澳大利亞CSIRO園藝部、澳大利亞國立大學高訪3個月;2009年,日本鹿兒島大學高訪2個月。
人才團隊計劃、科研獎勵和榮譽稱號:入選國家杰出青年科學基金(2011)、教育部長江學者特聘教授(2012)、國家特支計劃(萬人計劃)首批科技創新領軍人才、“園藝植物細胞工程與種質創新”教育部創新團隊和湖北省創新研究群體學術帶頭人(2013)、教育部首批新世紀優秀人才、科技部首批中青年科技創新領軍人才;曾獲湖北省自然科學二等獎(排名第二,2001)、國家科技進步二等獎(排名第三,2007)、第11屆中國青年科技獎(2010)。
國內外學術兼職:《Scientia Horticulturae》共同主編(2014.3—)、咨詢編委(2005.3—2014.2),《Plant Cell Tissue Organ Culture》Associate Editor (2009.10—)、《Tree Genetics Genomes》Associate Editor(2011.12—)。中國柑橘學會理事(2009.10—)、中國園藝學會理事(2013.10—)。
主持科研項目:先后主持國家自然科學基金(青年、面上、國家杰青)、科技部973計劃課題、863計劃課題、教育部項目(創新團隊發展計劃、重大項目培育計劃、霍英東青年教師基金、博士點基金及優先課題)、農業部公益性行業科研專項子項目、瑞典國際科學基金、湖北省自然科學基金(創新群體、重點、杰出青年)、武漢市晨光計劃等。
研究興趣與重點內容:從事柑橘種質創新與遺傳改良研究。針對我國柑橘在品種、品質等方面存在的問題,以及常規育種中遇到的珠心胚干擾等生殖障礙,開展細胞工程與遺傳改良研究。旨在提高育種效率、縮短育種周期,培育具有無核、優質、不同熟期等性狀的新品種,充分發揮“細胞工程”這一“傳統且不存在安全性爭議”的生物技術在柑橘遺傳改良中的獨特作用。重點研究內容如下:1)體細胞胚、珠心胚發育的分子機理;2)細胞工程與種質創新:體細胞雜種、胞質雜種創制,三倍體創制,同源多倍體發掘與利用,純系創制,細胞工程新品種選育;3)細胞工程新種質特殊性狀解析與分子育種:胞質雜種雄性不育性狀解析與基因發掘,人工合成多倍體的體細胞互作遺傳、表觀遺傳變異分析,轉基因技術與分子育種。
