研究經歷:

2014年12月獲華中農業大學果樹學博士學位，從事柑橘有色體分化機理研究。2013年赴英博士聯合培養1年，研究葉綠體形成機理研究。2015年1月華中農業大學任教，從事柑橘采后性狀生物學研究。

研究興趣：

1）柑橘果皮油胞發育在采后貯藏中的作用：柑橘果皮油胞的正常發育及其代謝物直接影響采后貯藏性能。油胞的形成需要一系列特殊基因的表達及組裝。本項目將從遺傳學、大規模代謝組學、分子生物學等手段探討油胞形成的調控網絡及其在采后貯藏中的作用。

2）柑橘有色體在采后貯藏的作用：有色體一種具有雙膜結構和遺傳物質的質體形式，是柑橘中積累和貯存類胡蘿卜素的器官，其發育直接影響了果實的著色及營養價值。有色體積累著豐富的類胡蘿卜素、生育酚和脂類等重要的次生代謝物，其在采后過程中發育顯著變化，對果實保鮮與營養保持至關重要。我們將通過分子生物學、生物化學、亞細胞蛋白質組學和代謝物分析來明確有色體在采后過程中的作用。

教育經歷:

2008.9-2014.12：華中農業大學園藝林學學院果樹專業學習，從事柑橘果肉有色體分化研究。

2013.4-2014.4：英國萊斯特大學生命科學院和牛津大學生命科學院聯合培養研究，導師Paul Jarvis。

2004.9-2008.7：浙江農林大學農業與食品科學學院園藝專業學習，農學學士學位。
