個人簡介
邱寧，男，1977年11月生，湖北武漢人，博士，副教授，碩士生導師，華中農業大學食品科學技術學院教師，國家蛋品加工技術研發分中心固定研究人員。2000年畢業于江南大學生物工程專業獲工學學士學位，2010畢業于華中農業大學微生物學專業獲理學博士學位�，F任亞洲蛋品協會代秘書長，農業部蛋品加工監測預警小組主要成員，中國畜產品加工研究會會員，湖北省科技特派員等職務。

研究方向：禽蛋營養與功能

教學情況
目前主要承擔了食品工藝學、食品工藝學實驗、蛋與蛋制品加工學、食品工藝綜合實習、科技創新專題、GlobalFoodProductionandQuality全英文課等課程教學工作；承擔創新性實驗教學項目1項，指導SRF項目2項。

研究課題
主要研究方向包括（1）禽蛋貯藏期間品質劣化分析與控制；（2）禽蛋蛋白質、脂質的營養與功能研究；（3）雞蛋活性功能肽的分離提取與產品開發；（4）特色風味蛋制品產品開發。先后主持/參加國家自然科學基金、中國博士后科學基金、農業部公益性行業專項、中央高�？蒲袠I務費專項基金等項目。

獲獎及專利
參加2012,2013“美國蛋品產業年會”，“第十屆中國蛋品科技大會”，2012，2013“國際蛋品行業研討會”，“首屆中國食品科學青年論壇”，“InternationalSymposiumonFoodandAgro-biodiversity(ISFA)2014”，“雞蛋期貨上市推介暨期貨期權培訓會議”等國內、國際會議并做主題匯報6次。

主要論文
在JournalofProteomics、JournalofAgriculturalandFoodChemistry、PoultryScience、JournalofSeparationScience、FEMSMicrobiologyLetters等國際期刊發表SCI收錄論文10余篇。參與《蛋品加工新技術》，《中國微生物基因組研究》等書籍著作的編寫工作。目前擔任JournalofAgriculturalandFoodChemistry、JournalofFoodScience等多種國際SCI期刊審稿人。主要論文：
