個人簡介：

1988年畢業于東北大學，獲哲學碩士學位，曾在西安建筑科技大學任教，并曾在國家政府部門和國家大中型工業外貿公司工作；1995年進入北航經濟管理學院，聘為副教授；2000年晉升教授，2004年獲批博士生導師。

主要教授課程:國際經濟學,國際金融,國際技術轉移,知識產權管理,以及國際學位合作培訓項目課程"International Financial Management for Multinational Busines".參與編寫<國際技術貿易教程>(北京航空航天大學出版社),主編<國際技術轉移>教材(北京航空航天大學出版社),以及<當代跨國公司管理>(2007年出版,2008年再版),<國際財務管理>等教材(2007年出版).

指導和培養博士生,碩士生,MBA學生,本科學生約70余名.

主持的科研項目及獲獎情況：

主持國家自然科學基金課題四項,主要研究領域為FDI環境下我國工業技術資源發展，我國專利技術價值國際比較，專利技術
資源管理等；

主持科技部軟科學課題兩項,研究創新型國家測評等；

主持北京市自然科學基金項目，研究區域創新多樣化發展狀態及政策；

主持加拿大IDRC國際競標中標項目，研究外資專利池在華競爭狀態；

以及主持開展德國科學交流基金會課題項目等。

有關信息技術在我國傳統產業的應用研究，作為主要參加人獲北京市2001年科技進步三等獎，排名第二，北航內第一。

曾于1992-1993年作為訪問學者在英國曼徹斯特商學院進修，方向為國際技術轉移，主持包括58家英國公司向中國轉移技術的調查；1999-2000年作為訪問教授在法國南特商學院從事國際金融市場及技術創新領域的合作研究；2001年作為訪問教授在德國勃蘭登堡-柏林應用科學大學國際化與創新研究院從事德國跨國公司在華投資與技術轉讓的調研；2003-2008年曾三次應邀在香港城市大學從事合作研究，2006年應邀在日本科技政策研究所（NISTEP）從事合作研究，在德國波茨坦大學從事國際創業與技術創新領域的合作研究，2007年在韓國KIEP從事國際技術轉移和創新的合作研究；2009年在德國波茨坦大學從事技術創新合作研究；2011年應邀赴荷蘭馬斯特里赫特大學法學院講授技術創新與知識產權管理課程；2006、2007、2009、2010、2011年多次應邀參加在美國、日本、德國、荷蘭、芬蘭舉行的國際技術創新和專利有關學術會議并作主題講演，在國際學術期刊、國內中文核心期刊、國際學術會議發表論文70余篇。
