在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息國(guó)際化的環(huán)境下,國(guó)際間的交流與交往日益頻繁,外語(yǔ)的重要性日益凸顯。因此,如何做好外語(yǔ)教學(xué),提高學(xué)生的外語(yǔ)水平和參與國(guó)際交流與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的能力,是擺在我們面前的新任務(wù)。
為此,教育部近年來大力實(shí)施大學(xué)外語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革,先后頒布了大學(xué)和高職高專兩個(gè)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求。我省高校積極參與外語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革,結(jié)合自身實(shí)際情況和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),努力探索適合本校外語(yǔ)教學(xué)發(fā)展和特色的改革之路,取得了明顯的成效。我省大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)穩(wěn)步提升,全國(guó)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試的成績(jī)一直位居全國(guó)前列。
