個人簡況：

女，1973年7月生。中國科學院新疆生態與地理所研究員，生物多樣性研究室副主任，博士生導師。主要從事抗逆分子生物學研究。先后主持或參加課題18項，在國內外學術刊物上發表論文112篇，以第一或通訊作者在SCI刊物發表論文42篇。現為中國科學院吐魯番沙漠植物園主任，新疆植物學會秘書長。

研究方向：

干旱區生物多樣性保護;抗逆分子生物學。

學歷教育：

中國科學院沈陽應用生態研究所博士(2000-2003)、中國科學院新疆生態與地理研究所碩士(1996-1999)、北京師范大學生物系學士(1992-1996)。

工作經歷：

2009-至今：中國科學院新疆生態與地理研究所;2010-2011：美國杜克大學，高級訪問學者;2004年9月-2004年12月，日本畜牧與草業研究所，高級訪問學者。

在研項目(主持)：

(1)科技部重點研發計劃” 天山北坡退化野果林生態保育與健康調控技術” (項目編號SQ2016YFSF030011), 2016-2020年，課題4主持人，經費280萬元。

(2) NSFC-新疆重點基金項目：齒肋赤蘚干燥-復水過程重要轉錄因子分子調控機制。2018-2021年，250萬元。主持。

(3) 國家自然科學基金-新疆青年人才聯合基金項目(U1403302)：基于轉錄組的荒漠蘚類齒肋赤蘚耐干相關基因深度挖掘研究。2015-2018年，100萬元，執行中。主持。
