到目前為止，很多考生已經學習完了基礎語法和長難句課程，但是考研輔導老師在日常教學和答疑過程中發現，有不少考生對于課堂上老師給出的例句沒有完全理解，仍有些疑問，老師總結了本周同學問得比較頻繁的有關連詞的問題，并給出相應的解析。

一、原句：But the human mind can glimpse a rapidly changing scene and immediately disregard the 98 percent that is irrelevant, instantaneously focusing on the monkey at the side of a winding forest road or the single suspicious face in a big crowd. (2002年 Text2)

主干識別：the human mind can glimpse a rapidly changing scene and immediately disregard the 98 percent

問題1：主干部分是不是and連接兩個句子，第二個句子主語the human mind 是不是省略了主干的賓語呢？a rapidly changing scene 和the 98 percent作什么成分，the 98 percent是做disregard的賓語嗎？immediately是不是副詞修飾 disregard？change 寫成changing 是為了作scene的定語嗎？

解析：連詞and連接的是情態動詞can后面兩個并列的動賓短語，不是句子。整個句子的主語是the human mind，并列的兩個謂語是can glimpse和（can） disregard， a rapid changing scene是glimpse的賓語， the 98 percent是disregard的賓語。immediately是副詞，修飾動詞disregard。changing是形容詞，作定語。

問題2：the monkey or the single suspicious face 為focus on 的并列賓語，or 前后都為名字為什么不是同位語？做focus on 的并列賓語，這是邏輯主語還是什么情況？

解析：首先，同位語的定義是一個名詞對另一個名詞或代詞進行修飾，這個名詞和它所修飾的名詞或代詞指的是同一個事物；其次，or是并列連詞，前后成分并列，而且不是同一個事物，所以必然不能并列同位語。這里沒有邏輯主語，只是or前后并列的名詞都是focus on的賓語，所以叫做并列賓語。

二、原句：Anyone who has toiled through SAT will testify that test-taking skill also matters, whether it’s knowing when to guess or what questions to skip. （2007年 Text2）

問題1：whether 能不能換成that ？為什么？

解析：whether不能換成that,  whether A or B, 表示選擇條件“或者A或者B”、“無論A還是B”。

問題2：分析并翻譯一下句子，不太明白。

解析：句子主干：Anyonewill testifythat test-taking skill also matters.

who has toiled through SAT是主語Anyone的定語從句，that test-taking skill also matters是主句testify的賓語從句，whether it’s knowing when to guess or what questions to skip是整個句子的狀語。

句意：任何熬過學術能力評估測試的人都可以證明，應試技能也很重要，或者知道何時應該猜測或者知道哪些問題可以略過不答。

以上這些問題就是考生在學習語法和長難句中提出的與連詞相關的共性問題，不同句子中連詞的用法不同，建議考生具體問題具體分析，切不可以一概全。祝廣大考生備考順利！
