張志偉，1956年生，北京人，哲學博士。哲學院常務副院長，教授、博士生導師。主要研究方向西方哲學史、德國哲學。1978年10月進入人大哲學系學習，1982年本科畢業，獲哲學學士學位，繼續攻讀碩士學位，師從鐘宇人教授，1985年畢業，獲哲學碩士學位并留校任教至今。1988年在職攻讀博士學位，師從苗力田教授，1992年博士學位論文《康德的道德世界觀》通過，獲哲學博士學位。

主要研究成果有專著《康德的道德世界觀》、《生與死》（合著），論文《哲學話語的困境》、《“白天看星星”——海德格爾對老莊的讀解》、《中國哲學還是中國思想——也談中國哲學的合法性危機》等，主編教材：《西方哲學問題研究》、《西方哲學智慧》、《西方哲學史》、《西方哲學十五講》、《西方哲學導論》等，譯著《伽達默爾論黑格爾》等。

自1986年以來，為本科生開設了學科基礎課《西方哲學史》，專業選修課《康德<未來形而上學導論>》、《黑格爾<小邏輯>》、《海德格爾<存在與時間>》、《德國哲學》等，為研究生開設了《西方哲學問題研究》（合講）、《西方哲學專題研究》（合講）、《西方哲學原著選讀》等學科基礎課和專業課。

1995年被評為中國人民大學優秀教師，1999年、2000年連續兩屆被評為中國人民大學“十大教學標兵”，2002年獲第四屆吳玉章優秀教學獎，2003年獲北京市教學名師獎。2004年獲寶鋼優秀教師獎。2005年主編的《西方哲學智慧》獲北京市社科優秀研究成果二等獎，“人文素質課程建設：西方哲學智慧”獲北京市優秀教學成果一等獎，同時獲教育部國家級教學成果二等獎。

社會兼職：

教育部高等學校文化素質教育指導委員會委員、中華全國外國哲學史學會副理事長、北京市哲學會副會長.
