徐立進，1969年生，山東青島人。1989年畢業于曲阜師范大學大學化學系，中國科學院成都有機化學研究所碩士(1995)，中國科學院化學研究所博士(1998)。1998-2005年先后在英國利物浦大學、拉夫堡大學和香港理工大學從事博士后研究。2005年8月加入中國人民大學化學系任教至今，現為中國人民大學化學系教授，博士生導師。長期來一直從事過渡金屬催化的有機合成反應的研究工作，在不對稱催化和綠色化學領域，有著豐富的經驗。已經在國內外核心期刊上發表相關論文60多篇，其中被SCI他人引用600多次。

English Resume

Lijin Xu was born in Qingdao, China. He studied chemistry in Qufu Normal University, and received in 1998, a PhD in Institute of Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. During 1998-2000 he held a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Leverhulme Centre for Innovative Catalysis, the University of Liverpool under the direction of Prof. Jianliang Xiao. After a one-year postdoctoral appointment in Loughborough University, he joined Prof. Albert S. C. Chan’s group as a research associate in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In August, 2005, he took up an professor position in Department of chemistry, Renmin University of China. His current interest mainly focuses on transition-metal catalyzed organic synthesis and green chemistry. He has published more than 60 research papers, which have been cited over 600 times.
