公積金政策進行調整

Beijing's new mortgage rules for residents usinghousing provident fund accounts took effect onMonday.

據北京住房公積金管理中心發布的消息，從6月1日起，北京公積金貸款新政策開始實施。

The capital has increased the loans ceiling toRMB1.2m for first-time buyers and the minimumdown payment is 20%.

北京規定首套自住房最高可申請120萬元的公積金貸款額度，最低首付款比例為20%。

So far this year, 32 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions have made changes totheir housing fund policies.

今年以來，全國32個省市區均對住房公積金政策進行了調整。

Local authorities eased rules by increasing the maximum sum home buyers can borrow throughthe public housing fund, widening the definition of "first home" and/or cutting the minimumdown payment.

此輪各地政策調整，以提高貸款額度、放寬住房套數認定標準、降低首付比例等為主要內容。
