Li is one of China's best known athletes and becamethe first Asian tennis player to win a Grand Slam tournament when she captured the FrenchOpen in 2011.

李娜是我國最著名的運動員之一，并且在2011年贏得法國公開賽后，成為第一個奪得大滿貫的亞洲網球運動員

Chan says "Li Na had an impossible dream and found a way to turn it into reality. She brokerules and defied conventions and, against all odds, became a legend."

陳可辛說：李娜有一個看似不可能實現的夢想。但是她找到了讓夢想實現的途徑。她打破所有規則并且定下新規，克服所有困難，最終成為了傳奇。

The budget of the film is expected to be around 100 million yuan.
